Wizard Trees
Private Commission, November 2001
Working with Peter Leadbeater

Located in the grounds of a converted school house. We transformed the two 6m dead beech trees into a giant wizard and pixie. The wizard’s staff has a working illuminated globe on the top. The pixie’s hands are so large that when the Wizard Trees was featured on Anglia News the broadcaster sat in one of the hands. Human sized wood nymphs were placed in the third live beech tree, one being placed clinging to the wizard’s to complete and bring the scene together.
